[aisle] SLOs

What I have done in the past is create a pretest asking the students to use
the CRAAP method for evaluating sources, then I grade them with the
teacher, then we use the same rubric for their post-test 6 weeks later.  We
tailor it to the course.  It has worked well in the past but takes a while
to grade them all.
