[aisle] Book Vendors - Need Recommendations

I have used Permabound for years and find their prices and customer service
to be outstanding.  I can't recommend them highly enough.  It's an added
perk that they are located here in Illinois. Years ago one summer I read *Knife
of Never Letting Go*, and the cliffhanger ending just about killed me.  I
came to school to get the sequel, but it had not shipped yet from
Permabound, so I called them.  They said they were waiting on a few more
books before shipping, and so I asked if I could come over and get the book
I needed and they said sure thing!  So I drove to Jacksonville and got the
sequel.  It really is one of the most dramatic cliff-hangers, and patience
is a life-long struggle for me!
