[aisle] Cookbooks

My kids really enjoy the "Cooking the _____ (South American, Asian,
Australian, etc.) Way" published by Lerner. We have the 1991 version 🙁 but
I see there's a 2002 re-release... I also see a lot of activity in the
"Cool Cooking" books from ABDO, and the holiday cookbooks from PowerKids
Press.

There are also some individual titles that circulate a lot: *Cookies for
kids: fabulous, fun recipes to cook with your family* by Joanna Farrow is
very popular (it's a big, pink book!).
