[aisle] 323.1 location move?

Hi fellow librarians!
Have any of you moved books on the Civil Rights movement to the History section? I am considering moving them from 323.1 but am unsure where to put them. If you have moved them, did you put them in the presidential years that they took place or somewhere else?
Any thoughts appreciated!
