[aisle] [*EXTERNAL*] 323.1 location move?

Hi Megan,

I did move all of the American Civil Rights material (specifically
regarding black civil rights - not women's suffrage/civil rights) - to the
1950s which is the time frame that the movement gained the momentum to
create the sweeping 1960s marches, protests, etc.  The students and history
teachers really appreciate it.  I dislike keeping historically based social
events separate from the other events that shaped the times.  Nothing
happens in isolation.
