[aisle] Monarch Resources

I, like many of us, have a Bitmoji Library for all of my resources to be
shared with the students. When they read all 20 Monarch books I work with
the student to let them customize a bitmoji that looks like them. I pull
them out of class and let them use my phone to do the customizing since
they do not have access to Snapchat on their Chromebooks. Then, I give that
bitmoji character a guest spot on our bitmoji library page.

and put it on our bitmoji library
