[aisle] Shout-out to CPI and Sheri Schubbe

Sending a shout-out to  Kathy Mackle Tiffany at CPI. She responded to an inquiry I had about purchasing  replacement classroom novel copies stat (a teacher needs them next week). She got back to me FAST. She wasn't able to help me. Instead of ending the conversation there, she made a point of offering options other than CPI. She was able to get me in touch with someone who could help.

That speaks volumes to me. She is all about the cause of helping us get books into the hands of students and helping us stretch our budget dollars so that we get the most for our limited budgets. She wasn't able to help with the novel sets this time bc of our time crunch, but she wanted to make sure I got what I needed for our kiddos.

In the same conversation, I asked her about YA novels highlighting first responders and their families and novels in Spanish. She is creating lists for me and is set to visit us next week.

I highly recommend them. They are a small, Illinois-based business ready to help (and if they can't, they will help get you in touch with someone who can).

Tell her I sent you! I don't get any perks for that, but it will make me feel good to know she knows I appreciate her and her work ethic--I can tell her every time I talk to her, but actions def. speak the loudest.
