[aisle] Label Printer

Huh.

This is our first year with the Dymo/Dymo printer and labels. I cannot recall the exact “type” of label we use though our district “technology/inventory” person says that they “don’t/won’t” fade.

Since this is year one and DO has said this is a less expensive option than ordering labels from a Demco-type place, this is what they chose.

It IS very convenient from my standpoint.

As far as the labels go, a couple different formats were created that download from an excel spreadsheet so so long as everything I want to add fits in the given fields we set up, I can make it happen….

I'd be wary of this -- the Dymo labels FADE really bad over time. We had to replace a WHOLE row of spines that were exposed to light. The ink slowly fades from black to brown to gone.
