[aisle] Library Procedure Manual

I titled mine *Operations Manual*, and as Jill mentioned above, have
beginning and end of year procedures. I also include beginning and end of
day procedures (cueing up search devices, logging in to circulation
computers, etc.) as well as login processes for various software used in
the curriculum, checking out/downloading specialty items (Mp3s, etc.),
holds, and such. Contacts with local public libraries, Bluestem and Monarch
master lists and schedules, library floorplan and cataloging policy, and
phone lists are all things I find helpful, so they're in there. Think about
what you or your aides access daily or weekly, and it will likely be useful
in your manual. Mine is a one stop shop of information for me, and for
others if I get hit by a semi...

My physical book is pretty rudimentary (plastic page protectors in a 3-ring
binder), but use any format that works for you!
