[aisle] Destiny Discover Slow

Discover has been having some issues lately.  It was down for me all last
Friday.  Slow the last couple of days for the other sites in-district.  It
has also had a HUGE issue with the customization of Discover.  I called
about that, but they said it is going to be fixed at some point, but that
is another update.  Right now, mine won't show all the carousels I have
turned on or the custom logo I have uploaded.  Follett said it was a
Discover issue.
