I’ve been working on this in my spare time. I couldn’t find an easy way… so I searched keyword “fiction” and sorted by title, then added all the duplicates to a resource list called ‘Duplicates.” Then I did the same with another common word (I think it was “The”).
I ended up with just over 1,000 records on the list, so about 500 titles with duplicates. I sort the resource list by title so the duplicates show up next to each other and when I have spare time (HA) go through and evaluate them. I’m down to about 650 records to look at.
Maybe it’s not finding everything, but it sure found a lot!

Subject: [aisle] Find records to merge in Destiny
Hive mind--
Is there any way to find duplicate titles that need to be merged? Or do you simply merge when you notice them? I have seen a couple lately and would just like to clean up my records in Destiny. If there is a way to merge records certainly there should be a way to FIND them! But I am having no luck.
Thanks,
Connie
