[aisle] PD speakers

Our northwest suburban district is going to have a half day institute day
with the librarians from feeder K-8 districts around us that go into the
same high school district.
Does anyone have an idea for a motivational speaker geared towards
librarians to kick it off?
Also, what about breakout topics?  We have one planned for nonfiction book
development/organization.
