Ditto other comments about wheels.... since the library area is the largest
one (with carpet) in the school and has a sound system and
screen/projector, we get a lot of meetings held here and they can be
socially distanced as needed. Having the tables on wheels is great. Also
I got movable partitions to create instant study rooms, tutor areas,
testing areas, and an area for calming (larger screen monitor, headphones,
neutral color walls, lounge chair with powered outlet/USB ports, etc) has
proven very popular. I also got 5 of the lounge chairs with powered
outlets and 3 cafe height tables and chairs with grant money (ARPA). Staff
and students like to hang out again in the library in the morning and read
the newspaper, have a coffee or tea and talk before 1st hour. Now we just
need a private bathroom.... lol!
