[aisle] Quick question for suburban librarians

Some state libraries like California and Kansas are providing statewide
access to online databases.  From what I understand they use your IP
address to ensure you are within the state.  No login needed.  I thought
Illinois was trying to do something like that, but I haven't heard anything
about it in a while.
