[aisle] $$ in the budget

I recommend soft seating, if you don't have any, and a large screen TV.  I
have calming music and nature scenes on the TV all day everyday.  (Today is
a beach to celebrate spring break.)  It sets a calming vibe and makes the
library a place where students and staff want to be.
