[aisle] $$ in the budget

Jason. I use a Chrome stick to show a slideshow on a loop on the TV in the
library, but I know these can also be used to just connect to the
internet/webpages. This might be something to look into for what you need.
I don't know about streaming services for what your principal was looking
for, though. The Chrome sticks can even be connected to a
wireless/bluetooth keyboard and mouse.
