[aisle] Foreign Language collection

As a former language teacher, “World Languages” is generally the preferred
term, as it’s inclusive and recognizes that people who are American and/or
born in the US might speak languages other than English, and the terms
“foreign” or “international” don’t accurately reflect that reality.
