[aisle] student survey after Library remodel/renovation?

Hi, friends!

Have any of you, after a renovation or update, created an end-of-the-year survey to ask students to reflect on what they liked, didn’t like, and what they want more of in terms of makerspace items to inform your purchases/programming for next year?

I am working on creating a student survey, and I wanted to see if any of you have one that you feel comfortable sharing. As we grow our space, we want to hear from students about what more they want to see in the Library/makerspace in the upcoming years and also what they liked about this year!
