I won it last year. I submitted all the receipts for books I purchased (that's all I purchased) and summarized how they have helped my cause.

(to be clear, Kami, I was previously speaking of another grant I won with the same requirements from RAILS, which I also won). I will check myself with AISLE and if I find out anything specific, I'll post it.
