[aisle] Elementary Non-fiction Arrangement

I can measure the shelves tomorrow. The bins I have are a hodgepodge of
shapes and sizes mostly from Target and dollar stores. I originally bought
them during COVID when I was hauling books to individual classrooms. I
would buy a few at a time as I found good deals since I have no budget.
The bins are all in bright blue, red, yellow, green and a few white to
match the library decor so it's very festive looking.
