[aisle] Summer Getaway 2022 registration is open!

After a pandemic break, the iSchool is pleased to announce that the seventh
annual Summer Getaway will be offered in person on June 10-11. Led by
iSchool faculty/instructors/staff and school librarians, this professional
development event offers a series of workshops focused on topics related to
media literacy.

The conference will be held in the new iSchool space at the Hub Champaign
Daniel building. Themes will include "The Big Picture of Media Literacy" on
Friday, June 10, and "The Mechanics of Media Literacy" on Saturday, June
11. Participants may earn one professional development hour (PDH) for each
hour attended.

Summer Getaway registration is now open. A discounted, early bird rate is
available until May 31. Attendees can customize the conference experience,
electing to attend for one or two full days of engaged learning. For more
