[aisle] Locking in Final Due Date

Hi all,
Does anyone know how to lock in a final due date of the school year on Destiny Discover? 

I have tried to mark the calendar (Admin > Calendar/Hours) closed through the summer, but Destiny thinks the next due date should just be the next available “open” date in August.

Help!
