[aisle] Rating systems for books

Books
aren't rated like movies are. Caregivers are welcome to check commercial
publications for books their own child brings home, but have no right to
speak to the books that other children take home. I, as a parent, would be
VERY upset to find that some adult decided my kid shouldn't read something
he wanted to read.
