[aisle] button maker

We purchased one of the 1" Morphon machines via Amazon about 5yrs ago in
order to make lots of mini-pins for the Lincoln Award program. It worked
relatively well until one day it just very suddenly... didn't. Finding
information on how to get it operational again was difficult (though,
again, this was ~5yrs ago) and only bought us another year of so-so
performance before it just... broke again, in a way no one seems able to
figure out, no matter how many times we take it apart and put it back
together. Also: the circle cutter that came with it was not great -- sort
of a pain to use *and* the circles it cut were ever-so-slightly too big for
the actual button maker, meaning we often ended up having to trim them by
hand (which, as I'm sure you can imagine, was sort of annoyingly
time-consuming).

Last year we borrowed an ABM maker from another department in our building
and it works so, so much better. They also had an ABM graphic punch machine
that made it significantly easier and faster to cut and prep the images.
(Honestly, I could have cried over how much simpler it was than the
previous cutter.) If you are able to get an American Button Machine (and
also one of their graphic punches), I'd absolutely recommend going for it.
