[aisle] add image of cover

All in Back office:
1. Go to the Title Detail page of the book you want to add the pic to
2. Click 'update image' (lower right hand column)
3. Click 'choose file'
4. This will take you to Finder (in Mac). Navigate to the photo you want to
use (a copy from a website, a pic you've snapped with your phone and
imported, etc.)
5. Click on the photo and then 'Open'
6. Click 'preview' to be sure it shows the way you want it to, and then
'Save'.
7. You will be taken back to the Title Detail page, where the photo should
be as you uploaded it.

When the photo doesn't show up in Discover I find that going back and
deleting the photo from the back office record, and then re-installing it
usually works.
