Thanks!***Calling all library BIPOC workers and students!Looking to connect with other BIPOC staff? Want to help others develop skills, or need support to build your own?The RAILS BIPOC Mentorship Program is a place for BIPOC library workers and students to build relationships, share experiences, and develop skills to advance in their careers. When? March - August 2022Who? Approximately 20 mentor/mentee pairs of RAILS BIPOC library staffWhere? Mentors/mentees are encouraged to connect outside of the regularly planned meetings. What?
