Want to help others develop skills, or need support to build your own?The RAILS BIPOC Mentorship Program is a place for BIPOC library workers and students to build relationships, share experiences, and develop skills to advance in their careers. When? March - August 2022Who? Approximately 20 mentor/mentee pairs of RAILS BIPOC library staffWhere? Mentors/mentees are encouraged to connect outside of the regularly planned meetings. What? Mentor/mentee pairs will get to know each other, discuss goals, and attend professional development and recreational events together.
