[aisle] Late Fees for Books

During Covid, we stopped charging late fees, and we have not brought them
back. I don't intend to, as it was a pain for me, and the students were
scared to come in because they had fines. It's easier this way, and I have
the same amount of loss either way. We do charge for lost or damaged books,
but I let them order used from Amazon rather than give me the money if they
can do so. That is cheaper for them (most books are around $4), and much
easier for me. Less red tape. I had to really evaluate what I wanted out of
our library during Covid. Do I want to charge kids for reading books or do
I want to get kids to read books? It's working so far, so we'll see.

We also share names of books with parents, because usually they demand to
know. This has never been an issue that I'm aware of, and the students know
the book title goes on their Skyward if it's lost or damaged.
