[aisle] change in circ rules / no fines

Hello!

This relates to the excellent thread Anita B started...

For those of you who have stopped collecting fines for overdue books, did
you need to change any of your circulation rules when you did so?  For
example,  do you allow students to check out additional titles when they
have an overdue book?
I want to stop charging fines unless a book is lost or badly damaged, and
wondered what other guidelines I should have in place when I do this.
