[aisle] Follett Unlimited ebooks

My students are getting an error message on my unlimited ebooks in Follett
Destiny...the message says "Invalid Device Operation Maximum Number of
Devices Reached." They are using Chromebooks. Has anyone else encountered
this problem and figured out how to fix it! My next step is Follett
Customer Support, but I'm reaching out to my librarian colleagues
first...Thanks for your help!
