[aisle] Scholastic Book Fair Fuel Surcharge Meeting

My school, being too rural, was forced to switch to a "tabletop" fair where
they shipped all the books through UPS. It so much more work than the metal
cases they used to bring. We also lost the use of our gym for nearly two
weeks in order to have a place to be able to set up, hold the fair, and
tear down.
