[aisle] Scholastic Book Fair Fuel Surcharge Meeting

Anderson's is not going to ship all the way to someplace outside of the
Chicago area. I know they pulled out of Freeport, IL one time because they
didn't think they made enough money. I wouldn't count on them as a backup.
