[aisle] Book tastings for High School

I know this has been discussed before but I’m not seeing it easily in the archives. Will you share how you do book tastings, logistically? I’m looking to switch mine up a little and would love your procedures. Like, do they rotate tables? Are they given a book or pick from a stack? Do you have them write anything down about the “taste?” I guess I just want all the details!
