[aisle] Destiny questions: batch add "email 4" for patrons

Who are you sending to, if not the student, parent or teacher? Is the
student one from PowerSchool a personal one and you want to enter the
school one?  Otherwise, you can just structure the report to be emailed to
those who have the books you're concerned about. Theoretically!
