[aisle] Caudill voting is open!

[RCYRBA AISLE]

The RCYRBA Voting Window is 2/1 through 2/28 @11:59pm.

Please note that February has always been Caudill voting month, and this
does not match up with AISLE award voting dates, so plan accordingly.

Still need to register for the 2023 Award year so your votes will count? No
worries--we accept online registrations through 2/28 (but registering
earlier is better).
