[aisle] Scholastic Book Fair Gas Surcharge

For the Central IL area, you could try Blue Ribbon Book Fairs, a locally
owned company! The founder, Greg Carter, is amazing to work with! The last
time I used him, he did all the set-up/pick-up, even brought in balloons,
and his checkout system was extremely user-friendly. And he does offer a
BOGO fair :D
