[aisle] Battle of the Books questions

I run Battle of the Books teams for 4th & 5th graders at my 3 elementary
schools as well.  You can get FREE Battle Questions on BLUE STEM books
(which is what we use each year).  If you register to vote on Monarch and
Blue Stem books on the AISLE website (costs around $10) then you gain
access to their *Blue Stem resources* which include Battle of the Books
Questions.
