[aisle] State School Library Grant

Hi all,

I also reached out to the state library myself, and they said patience is
the key! I also was worried about not hearing back.

Here is to a collective calmness while we all wait. Sounds like we should
do a big thank you to the state librarian & office when we hear back as
well.
