[aisle] Replacement Charges

I work in the same district as Jordan but my admin and our tech department
has told me that we can’t charge them for anything. More than free and
reduced qualify as well. You may need to go to your tech and admin
department and have a meeting so everyone is on the same page. I just spent
the past two days deleting charges in our tech software and having another
building secretary deleting the charges in our student management system.
Also, it doesn’t matter if they accrued those charges prior to the new law
I was told. It is very frustrating though — I completely understand.
