[aisle] Alternatives to Follett

To me it is about binding....

I go to Ingram for trade hardback and paperback.    they run 5-10$ a book
cheaper than follett.   Granted it took forever to get onboarded at
ingram.   But last week I placed two orders.   One came in in a week.
 Half of the other came in the week... processed.

Permabound and BTSB are my go to for guaranteed bindings.    Permabound is
having problems turning around attached processing, but they will send the
unattached and they get here quickly.   Processing is free or next to free
with Permabound and BTSB.
