[aisle] Retiring Librarian/openings?

Can someone point me to the link where I can find ISBE's recommendation (ISBE’s
recommendation of one certified school librarian for every 600 high school
students and one for every 450 elementary school students)? Or what part of
the AISLE site I should go to find the recommendations? I'd like to bring
it up at my next department meeting.
My district has gone from 12 librarians to 5 over the last 10 years by
retirees not being replaced.
