YES!!!

I pick up the comic books up from Graham Crackers Comics. I visit the Downers Grove store because Jim, the manager, was so helpful getting my school signed up for Free Comic Book Day about 3 or 4 years ago.

Titles: Our 10 most popular (this school year) are:
1.
[Serial]
The Amazing Spider-Man.

2.
[Serial]
Batman.

3.
[Serial]
Venom.

4.
[Serial]
The Flash.

5.
[Serial]
Justice League.

6.
[Serial]
The Joker
.

7.
[Serial]
Thor.

8.
[Serial]
Flashpoint beyond.

9.
[Serial]
Venom: : Leathal protector.

10.
[Serial]
Star Wars.

We check ‘em out just like the books.

Processing: We place the comics in comic book bags with cardboard backers. Some get mangled because the comic books are delicate. I use grant money to pay for it. One of the evaluation lines includes that the comics will get destroyed as a sign of a successful grant. The book drop eats comic books. To protect the comics, we have a special bin for returning the comics.

Enjoy,

Good morning!
Do any of you have comic book subscriptions for your middle school or high school libraries?
If you do:
Where do you order them?
Which titles are most popular?
Do you check them out or are they for in-library use only?
How do you process them to help keep them from falling apart?

Something I'm considering for next year & would love some input.

Thanks!
Anita
