[aisle] SHORT middle school mysteries

My 6th grade students loved two mystery podcasts Six Minutes and The Unexplainable Disappearance of Mars Patel (although not read alouds). I played the first episode for the entire class to get them hooked. Then I added the rest of the episodes to Google Classroom, and they listened to the other episodes with headphones at their own pace. It is a great opportunity for students to practice their listening skills, which are part of the Common Core Standards, and not taught that often. Hope this helps!

Good Morning,
We are looking for a short mystery to read-aloud to 6th grade. (They'll be reading aloud a little each day while kids are reading their own mystery books in book clubs). We'd like it to be 100 -120 pages. I'm not finding anything that short. I'd love some suggestions!
Thanks in Advance!
