The Library Information Specialist will now be issued only as PK-12 grade level endorsement. They have removed previous requirements for adding a middle grade endorsement, and any licensed librarian at any grade level can now ADD the PK-12 endorsement. Former rules no longer apply. <div>You should call your local county office and ask. There was some funny hold up with mine and I had to call the office in Chicago and then they called the Lake County office again and they finally worked it out. It was definitely a hassle but I finally
got it all set after waiting months too. No one believed me that a k-12 certificate was available.
