<div dir="ltr"><div class="gmail_default" style="font-family:georgia,serif;font-size:small">I just talked to an Interpersonal Communications class today and we had the discussion about how databases usually are more trustworthy, but you still have to evaluate the search results. We discussed how some journals are "pay-to-publish" and how it's easier than ever to self-publish, with no one really checking your work. Also, databases like Opposing Viewpoints have some pretty sketchy things about controversial topics, but at least they try to warn readers at the top of the article.
