<div dir="ltr">Steven Layne is a local author who is huge into kids having time to read. His book <a href="https://smile.amazon.com/Igniting-Passion-Reading-Successful-Strategies/dp/1571103856/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1540909956&sr=8-2&keywords=steven+layne">Igniting a Passion for Reading</a> is a great read for every teacher! It's very much along the lines of <a href="https://smile.amazon.com/Book-Whisperer-Awakening-Inner-Reader/dp/0470372273/ref=sr_1_2?ie=UTF8&qid=1540910075&sr=8-2&keywords=the+book+whisperer">The Book Whisperer,</a> but his speaking fee might be much more in your range than Donalyn Miller. I bet they both have wonderful videos you can share with your staff if your budget does not cover their fees! I've read them both and I will vouch they are game changers!
