<span class="x_SpellE">Ultimaker</span> 2+ 3D printer in my high school library.<span style="">
</span>It gets sporadic use by students, mostly in marketing classes who need prototypes and physics classes that design mouse trap cars.<span style="">
</span>Students can also create their own designs. All prints that are for class are free, and I usually give at least one personal design for free (more if they are not too large).<span style="">
</span>For larger personal projects, I just charge the cost of the filament by weight.<span style="">
</span>Students have to submit a form to me for approval, and they share their design with me.<span style="">
</span>Even though the form says to convert the print to the printer format, I usually do that step myself.<span style="">
</span>That way I can fix prints that have problems.<span style=""> </span>Some advanced students are pretty good at design, so they can do that step.</span></p>
