<p class="MsoNormal">RAILS school libraries are encouraged to vote in the RAILS Board election at
<a href="https://www.railslibraries.info/board/ballot2020">railslibraries.info/board/ballot2020</a>. Each school district may cast one vote. Typically, the school library director casts the vote. <o:p></o:p></p>
