If - like me - you are devoting a lot of thought this summer on how you can turn your library program into an anti-racist space (I mean - I was thinking about it before, but not as intentionally) - this is very powerful. It is a tool to which you can upload your picture book collection and it will analyze it for representation of POC. Super eye-opening. I'm doing better than I thought I was - but no doubt I can do better!
