I'm also going to try to seriously beef up our ebook collection. The 2 year books are appealing to me because despite the fact that they won't be permanently a part of the collection, their price points make them very doable. I also need to coordinate so I'm not buying stuff they can get from Bookflix or Epic. Oy!</span>

Then I would always have some of the popular stuff (unicorns! cars! dinosaurs! Elephant & Piggie) available....</span>

If you use Destiny, you can view patrons by homeroom and just click on the student's name. We can also type in the student's ID number.

I like the idea of putting books on hold ahead of time. I've been on a cart for checkout and it's impossible to decide what to bring! So I guess, and they always want book 4 or something. The other issue is if you have fifth grade, then kindergarten, then second grade. Totally different books for each grade level. You can't push three carts at a time. When I was on a cart, I told teachers they'd need to come back to the room a few minutes early and that I'd be a few minutes late to the next class. This was especially true when I had to go up or down the elevator or across the entire building.
