<p class="MsoNormal">Good afternoon. I had the great pleasure of virtually attending the School Library Journal Summit on Saturday, October 24th and I hope that many of you did, too<sup>.</sup>. It was wonderful and it was FREE. I checked back with School
Library Journal and for next 90 days, registration will be open and the sessions available for viewing. The theme was “Culture Shift” and there was a significant emphasis on EDI.. The keynote was James McBride author of
<i>The Good Lord Bird</i>. I also attended a session on “Empowering Educators: Having Courageous Conversations with Students About Race and Racism”----that came complete with a 50 page Educator’s Guide. It was time well spent and I just wanted to share the
